Cheerful Champs Return and Exchange Policy

At Cheerful Champs, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’re here for you before, during, and after your purchase. Please review the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or until the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel, please email us your order ID at customercare@cheerfulchamps.com. For prepaid cancelled orders, we provide store credit valid for 365 days without any blackout dates.

Transit Damage

In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, please take a minimum of 4 photographs or a complete 360 video of the product and the packaging. Email these to us at customercare@cheerfulchamps.com. Upon verification of the damage, we will replace the product once we receive the damaged product.

Exchange

Exchanges are only allowed in case of transit damage. Please refer to the Transit Damage section for more details. Only one exchange is allowed per order. Products purchased with a discount code are not eligible for exchange unless there is transit damage.

Return/Refund

Returns are accepted only for products damaged during transit. Instead of a refund, we provide store credit which can be utilized within 365 days from the date of purchase.

Process of Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at customercare@cheerfulchamps.com with a minimum of 4 photographs or a 360 video of the damaged product.
