Shipping Policy for CheerfulChamps

At CheerfulChamps, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you and your little ones. That’s why we make every effort to process your order swiftly.

The minimum time of delivery is 2 days and the maximum time is 7 days, during busy periods such as holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order. 

Domestic Shipping (Within India):

Once your order is received, we strive to dispatch it the next day. In case of any delay in dispatching your order, we will keep you informed. We are associated with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket and I Think logistics, ensuring your package is in safe hands.

Here’s a general timeline:

• Mumbai: Generally takes 2 days. For same-day delivery in Mumbai, please get in touch with us at +91 8850183939 or email us at customercare@cheerfulchamps.com with the correct delivery address and nearest location. Please note, same-day delivery is not valid for COD orders
• Metros: Generally take 3-5 days.
• Non-metros: Take 3-7 days depending on location. Please note, deliveries to the North East part of India may take longer.

During busy periods such as holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order. But rest assured, we will keep you informed.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders:

For COD orders, an extra charge of Rs. 75 is applicable. We charge Rs. 75 on every COD order as a token which will be non-refundable if not accepted or returned after 3 delivery attempts.
